She is the CEO of People Risk Consulting, a management consulting firm that helps companies attain sustainable improvements in employee performance to achieve profitability and growth. Diane hold a Masters in Communication Management and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership, both from the University of Southern California.
