Every transformative journey has a beginning, and mine started during my time as a manager at a Southern California gaming company. What I didn’t realize then was that my story echoed the experiences of 47 million American women whose home environments impact their professional lives. My performance suffered, and my leader’s inability to recognize the underlying causes only amplified these challenges. While I’ve grown from that experience, it taught me a profound lesson about the importance of workplace support and understanding.

I was fortunate to later work with leaders who recognized these dynamics, helping me overcome circumstances that typically lead to career instability and workplace underperformance for many women in similar situations. This experience sparked my dedication to amplifying employee voice in the workplace, teaching me that the most significant organizational risks often lie in what remains unsaid.

Since founding my management consulting firm in 2016, I’ve dedicated myself to putting people at the heart of business transformation. We partner with organizations across the United States to create environments where employees can thrive and speak openly. Our work spans several crucial areas:
